Shipping Information:

We ship all products via the United States Post Office. Most products ship within 24 hours in the Flat Rate Priority Envelopes and Boxes. Poop Booklet orders will ship by Media Mail and could take 5-10 business days to arrive once mailed out.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Alpaca Home wants all purchasers to be happy with their products. Items can be returned in 30 days for a cash refund or select a store credit toward a replacement item or new item.

After 30 days, Alpaca Home only offers a store credit.
